An entrepreneur with amazing enthusiasm, commendable leadership qualities, innovative ideas and incredible energy, Mr. Ashish Chauhan holds an Instrumentation & Control Degree & Diploma . He began his career as a Marketing Engineer in 2009 and had a 12years+ experience in the same field , along with another colleague he founded Technophile automation as a start-up company in 2011.

His vision of evolving a world class AUTOMATION SYSTEM INTEGRATOR company to serve as many customer applications, his total commitment to TQM and HRD, has led to TAPL stepping into the second decade to serve over 500 customers, in an ever challenging and highly competitive business environment.

He has been involved in the implementation of the ISO system. Widely travelled, he has been the driving force in collaborating with many technology partners of TAPL and bringing in world class systems and technology in the company.

A business person with great passion, learning agility and novel ideas, Mr. Kiran Patel hold Electronics & communication B.E degree and also a B.sc with physics from MSU Gujarat. He started his career as a Programming Engineer in 2009 and had a 12years+ experience in the same field; along with another colleague he co-founded Technophile automation as a start-up company in 2011.

A technocrat and a specialist in PLC/SCADA programming field, he has been a major driving force in programming and developing with execution of many major projects in TAPL.

He has been involved with new techniques to implement in Panel Drawings, PLC programming and Scada /HMI Development. Widely travelled, he has been the driving force in R & D for new products and solutions with many technology partners and providing in world class systems solutions and industries 4.0 technologies in the company.
